It is never too early to dream about Christmas time in Downtown Atmore!
Did you know...The first automobile in Atmore was owned by M.M.Brooks in 1900. In the 1920s, the first traffic light was placed in service. It stood on a pedestal in the middle of Main St. and Nashville Ave. (the old First National Bank corner)-- right in the intersection shown in this graphic!!!
